Introduction

The continuing mesh belt atmosphere furnace is mainly used for continuous bright quenching, cleaning, tempering, thin layer infiltration, nitrocarburizing, and other heat treatment processes of steel products such as hardware tools, bearings, standard parts, and textile parts under controllable atmosphere. The treated parts have the characteristics of smooth surface, no decarburization, uniform hardness, no deformation, easy adjustment of process parameters, high efficiency of energy-saving and environmental protection, etc.


Application

It is mainly used for sintering powder metallurgy products, reducing metal powder and pre-sintering, sintering or heat treatment of electronic products in protective atmosphere or air.


Product Features

1. The continuous mesh belt atmosphere furnace is mainly composed of a fuselage transmission system, cleaning tank, and temperature control device. It can clean the greasy dirt on the surface of the workpiece to be cleaned, and then blow-dry and hot-dry it with large air volume and cold air, so that the workpiece is in a dry state before tempering.

2. The driving mode of Continuous Mesh Belt Atmosphere Furnace is mainly to drive the mesh belt with the support plate at the bottom of mesh belt furnace and lay the mesh belt flat on the support plate;

3. The continuous mesh belt atmosphere furnace is equipped with a circulating fan. Under the action of strong wind, the temperature of the furnace passes through the hot air circulation duct to make it uniform as a whole, which can meet the technical requirements of the workpiece;

4. The tray is supported by the high-temperature porcelain balls in the arc-shaped groove of the furnace, and forms a front-rear system with a group of rollers, pressure rollers and a driving mechanism in front of the furnace. The tray is driven by an eccentric. When the tray moves forward, it rubs against the mesh belt to drive the mesh belt to move forward to prevent the mesh belt from talking loudly and running at a constant speed;

5. The continuing mesh belt moves to the blanking hole, is sealed by the return channel through the liquid sealing groove, and returns to the furnace to make circular motion;

6. Put the workpiece on the mesh belt, and heat it relatively statically and smoothly by the furnace. The heated workpiece is controlled to run by the endless speed regulating mesh belt. After heating, the workpiece will be automatically sent to the quenching oil tank along with the mesh belt through the blanking port. It can adjust the cooling time of the workpiece in the oil tank and increase the speed of the mesh belt. The workpiece can be quenched by adjusting and increasing the speed of forgetting belt.

7. The continuous mesh belt atmosphere furnace uses natural gas as fuel, adopts regenerative combustion to realize decentralized combustion, adopts flue gas waste heat recovery technology, and has low exhaust temperature, low energy consumption, energy saving and high efficiency, environmental protection and high efficiency;
