Hard biscuit production line is an integrated equipment for biscuit production composed of several high-performance machines, and it is applicable to the production of biscuits, hard biscuits, bear biscuits, finger biscuits, stick biscuits and other biscuits. We have equipped the production line with PLC touch screen to allow operators to quickly adjust the parameters of each link. The famous brand motor and gearbox can ensure that each machine can output the required speed and operate stably during the production process. All platforms in contact with food materials are made of food grade stainless steel, which is not only safe but also rust proof and easy to clean.

We developed this hard biscuit production line to help biscuit manufacturers ensure high efficiency while producing high-quality biscuits. By adjusting the biscuit mould and printing roller, the production line can produce biscuits of different shapes and patterns. Moreover, it allows the operator to store various parameter settings with one key, which further simplifies the operation process. The production line also has a number of fault detection functions and power off devices to ensure the safety of the production process and reduce the property loss of the biscuit manufacturer in case of circuit failure.
